Soup: Seafood Jambalaya

Appetizer: Crab Arriabiato Bruschetta:  Crabmeat, Italian long hots, proscuitto blended with fontinella, smoked mozzarella and basil on a garlic crostini

Pasta: Porcini mushroom and cheese filled sacchetti pasta served in a roasted garlic cream sauce with scallops, grilled chicken, proscuitto and spinach

Fish: Tilapia pan seared over spinach fettucini in a ciopino sauce of mussels, clams and jumbo lump crabmeat in a lite Jersey tomato pomodoro

Meat :Mixed grill of petit filet mignon, lamb chop and veal medallion served over sweet potato mashed, grilled asparagus and worchestshire glazed portabello mushrooms
